Helping Women in Leadership Reclaim Balance

When Megan first approached Da Enzo Branding, her energy was magnetic—bright, passionate, and deeply driven by purpose. As a mental health coach specializing in burnout recovery, her mission was clear: to help female entrepreneurs and women in leadership find the work-life balance they so often sacrifice in pursuit of success.

But like many visionaries, Megan found herself with a powerful message and no visual voice. Her brand lacked cohesion, direction, and the polished presence needed to resonate with her ideal clients. That’s where our work began.


The Challenge

Megan had a deep understanding of her why—but not the how.She was launching a new business in a crowded coaching space, and without a clear brand identity, she risked blending in rather than standing out.

From a brand strategy perspective, we quickly identified:

  • A missing visual identity that failed to convey her credibility or mission

  • Unclear audience targeting that left her messaging feeling too broad

  • Lack of consistency across her social platforms, reducing brand recognition

We began by designing a custom logo suite that struck the perfect balance—calming yet bold, professional yet approachable. From there, we built a full brand system, including:

  • Color palette & font pairings that embodied trust, renewal, and strength

  • A custom pattern to give her content a visual signature across platforms

  • A refined mission statement to articulate her core values and goals

  • Audience profiling to deeply understand who she was speaking to (and how to reach them)

  • Coaching sessions to guide her through using her brand in real-world ways—particularly on social media

This wasn’t just a makeover. It was a mindset shift—from guessing how to show up online to knowing.
