When Stella came to Da Enzo Branding to create the identity for Salt + Pine Properties, the goal was never to become “just another realtor brand” on the Gulf Coast. She wanted something with personality. Something intentional. Something that felt elevated without losing warmth.
In a market saturated with predictable branding choices, overly polished visuals, and the same coastal color palettes repeated over and over again, Stella knew her business needed to feel different from the very beginning.
Not louder.Not trendier.Just more her.
And that became the foundation for everything we created together.
The Vision Behind Salt + Pine Properties
From the start, the vision for Salt + Pine Properties lived somewhere between coastal ease and grounded sophistication.
The name itself carried so much inspiration:
Salt representing the Gulf Coast lifestyle
Pine bringing in warmth, nature, stability, and a slightly rustic depth
Rather than leaning into the expected nautical visuals or overly feminine real estate aesthetics, we intentionally crafted a brand identity that felt modern, welcoming, organic, and personality-driven.
The goal wasn’t simply to create a pretty logo.It was to create a roadmap for recognition.
A brand that could instantly feel memorable in a crowded market while still creating trust with potential buyers and sellers.

One of the standout pieces of this project was Stella’s brand photography and headshot experience.
Too often, realtor branding feels overly corporate or overly posed. We wanted Stella’s visuals to communicate confidence, warmth, and relatability all at once.
